  • I am from back east, and was very excited when DD finally came to town! But I didn't really have nice things to say about this location...until now! Maybe they are finally understanding it's about customer service and fresh coffee! I've suffered occasionally over the past few years with nasty attitudes, limited availability on donuts, lukewarm stale coffee (once they nuked it and tried to pretend it was just made)...our recent three visits in the last ten days, they've gotten our order right, they were super friendly, and even made new coffee for me (after I asked when it was last made, and she admitted it had been a while). So, maybe they're improving, so they get four stars...with room to level up to five! Good work, keep it up!
