  • Avoid this place at all costs, or be extremely careful in dealing with them. We bought a dining table from here that did not have all of the parts. I understand it says "as is." But this wasn't a scratch that I was too lazy to notice. It was a rod that runs the length of the table to keep it stable. There was no way to know it was missing until it was delivered. The store will only give us store credit. A fine policy for situations when a buyer simply has a change of mind. But they sold us a defective product. I need a dining room table. This place does not have one. But now they have my $600. On top of this, the delivery guys took some of our paintings back to sell. One painting we paid $500 for at the World Market Center (it was a huge discount), they said we would only get $34 for. So we asked that it be returned when they picked up the defective table. The painting's frame had one small nick when they took it. The entire face of the frame is now scratched. I have never had such a horrible experience with any business. Go any where else than risk spending money at this place.
