  • Well most of our stuff got to our new place and I didn't notice and damage on our belongings so that's good. The guys were great when it came to wrapping up everything and making sure anything was protected. I was impressed by their attention to detail. They also showed up right on time, which would normally be great, but lol we weren't ready. So the first half of the move went off without a hitch. The second seemed to go a lot slower, which I've never used movers before so maybe it's just all in all a slower process to unload. However, after we were finally moved in, I noticed some scratches on the floors of our new place. I'm assuming this was from dollies and dragging big heavy boxes. I also noticed that our two step ladders where not anywhere to be found. One of which was a Christmas gift from my dad, silly but I still would have liked to keep it. But it was dark once the guys got done so I'm thinking maybe they couldn't see the ladders still on the truck. So I may use movers again, but I might use a different company to compare to see if they are any faster. And if that doesn't work, we'll just buy lighter furniture and fewer things so we can do it ourselves.
