Twice I've been to Filiberto's. The first time the restaurant was quiet but the food was pretty good, not too bad. The second time the restaurant was quiet I was the only customer at the time that I ordered, and I had to wait a little while for my food, and several other customers entered the restaurant. Filiberto's restaurants in general could use a facelift, especially the one I visited today. The color combinations of paint don't do the restaurant very well and especially the hole in the wall that look like somebody had punched it. If management took time to invest in their business, and invest in their employees, their food product is good enough that it could actually become quite good with the right management style. As it is now I only gave them one star because really there's a lot of work that needs to be done and that work needs to happen quickly or they're not going to be able to afford to stay in business for a long time.
