  • If I could give negative stars I would. If you want to pay a ton of money to meticulously separate your garbage only to have them only allow you to use their garbage and recycling cans ( if you put out your own they will throw out the entire can, that happened to me 2 times) and really not actually take your garbage these guys are great! They won't take garbage bags sitting out by themselves. They won't collect your garbage if you don't leave your specific garbage cans provided by them to the right of your driveway 6" away from the curb and 6" inches apart facing the correct way and in an area large enough to fit the rear of their garbage truck. WICH is great because I have to allow my neighbors to park 1 of their two cars in my driveway on garbage days so their garbage gets collected. They changed their bins and I got no garbage bins, just recycle bins. This was not me but the entire neighborhood in Summerlin. For 2 weeks they kept tagging the garbage cans with pink papers stating these were recycling bins and they would not pick up garbage in recycle bins. Ok where are my garbage bins you didn't leave any??? Finally after I called every day they gave me the correct garbage bins. But now I have weeks of garbage and they won't pick up garbage if it's in a bag or not their containers, so I had to keep my garbage next to the house collecting flies and rotting and space out my old garbage and new. The customer service is so rude and disrespectful good luck, the guy who always answers the phone sounds like a Mafia henchmen and just repeats "come within compliance or we will issue an intent to lien" over and over. My husband passed and he was military, I received a TON of flowers including 2 large memorial sprays, when they wilted and died I put them in the garbage cans the large sprays were sticking out, I got a notice that they do not collect branches, leaves, dead plants ect...... Christmas Day I was leaving for work and they picked up my garbage, it wasn't secured right to their lift on the garbage truck it fell and broke everywhere. They left it citing it wasn't in their provided can so it wasn't their problem. The one gentleman actually said Merry Christmas and flipped me off! It wasn't in their provided can because they screwed up and their provided can fell and left food garbage broken at the end of my drive way. I was fuming pissed, I had food everywhere in the street and I had to go to work. I was 30 minutes late for work already when I got in my Jaguar and backed over a glass bottle I missed, oops popped my Pirelli tire! $2100 later and having missed work, I call and ask to speak to a supervisor, ( of course after New Years because no one is in the office during holidays) he tells me that unless I had a security tape proving my allegations it didn't happen. Then he started laughing and accused me of lying because if I could afford a jaguar why wouldn't I have security cameras, he actually said the whole story was sounding suspect. I told him I do have a security system, but not watching the street, just my property. He says hold on, another guy comes on the line and says I owe them money and I can pay now or consider this a notice to lien. At this point I inform him that I have several lawyers in my family and if they aren't providing a service I'm paying for, littering wich is a fine, threatening me with liens and vandalizing my property of which I have photos and witnesses and an entire gated community of VERY ANGRY customers this wasn't going to end well. I also told them the lien over a $112 bill is a joke as it costs more to file a lien and go through the legal process, then $112 and I was really tired of dealing with them and their threats! I wanted my 3 garbage cans, 2 for garbage and 1 for recycling ( they told me for $53 a month I could only have 2 cans) I would send them the photos of my car, the pictures of the garbage and can dumped everywhere and I was still waiting on my reimbursement from when they threw out 2 plastic kitchen liners for my stainless steel garbage cans, and also reimbursement for my other X-Large cans from Home Depot. The jerk starts laughing and says I have no proof because surveillance cameras didn't show what happened, then he goes on to tell me that they know my type always trying to get something for nothing. This has been 3 years of a monthly issue with this company that is contracted by our HOA and myself and neighbors have all had the same problems. The reason I FINALLY took the opportunity to write this is because the previous home owner ( I bought the house in July 2013, it's May 2017) just sent me a text message of a lien notice from these guys that was forwarded to him in San Francisco. So, to sum up this review, these guys are unprofessional, disrespectful, unorganized, terrible business men who like to threaten their customers, accept no responsibility for their actions, are insulting, and for lack of a better word bullies! TERRIBLE!
