| - My 10 year old General Electric Spectra XL 44 Oven stopped working, so I called to see if it would be worth fixing. I called the office on a Saturday evening at 6 p.m. and Tierra answered within two rings.
Tierra had a friendly and professional tone and assisted me efficiently. I scheduled a repair appointment for Thursday. I had an option for an 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. time slot or 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. time slot, and I chose the latter. Tierra explained that the technician would call me when on the way, and that there would be a $45.99 fee for the call.
One day before the service, I received an e-mail from Dispatch reminding of the appointment, providing the name of the technician and requesting confirmation.
On the day of the appointment, technician arrived at 2 p.m. He was polite, respectful of my property and knowledgeable. Later that evening, I received an e-mail with a PNG invoice attached.
Company is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. They accept Visa, DIscover, Master Card and American Express. They readily had the part available needed to repair my igniter. I feel their prices are "usual and customary" and felt their service was in line with the repair.
Despite some negative reviews, I was impressed that the owner responded to most reviews. I was pleased with this company and would use them again for refrigerator, freezer, washer and dryer, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave or disposal repair.
