  • Very poor service. Hired them to move and install a big chiller on a commercial building. They failed to order a big enough crane and they had to eat the cost. I had to initiate the follow up to reschedule after several days. Then the night before the second effort, they call me with smoke and mirrors about the cost of the bigger crane. I asked for written details. Didn't receive that, so after hours I arranged for my own crane in 45 minutes at a fraction of the cost. When I informed Extreme Cooling they cancelled my service with them. Now I have to scramble to get a new installer. UPDATE: The lame response by the company proves my point. He admits how careless they were.
