  • The staff lacks professionalism in all categories. Front and back staff are always gossiping loudly about other staff and private patient issues. It's like these people weren't trained in any aspect of health care. Most of them have their name tags turned around. Danielle W. has no shame in her attitude, that's for sure. I don't understand why I'm given an attitude for asking you to repeat yourself because you, and the other three women around you, are talking negatively about your office manager and it's difficult for me to hear you. That office manager must have some serious patience if this is the circus she's dealing with. Appointment line is difficult to get ahold of, but my call has been returned every time. Overall cleanliness is good. Doctors are average. Dr. Goldman is kind but to the point. My perception: they had an interest in money rather than an interest in helping those in need of quality care. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this facility.
