  • I have been into this particular store several times because I live very near it. So I feel I can give this opinion with 100% accuracy due to my many experiences there. Every time I have been into the store I have received incorrect information or flat out lies. I find that every employee I have spoken with has told me something that is either incorrect or deliberately manipulative in order to either get a sale or not have to deal with my particular issue. Whether this is out of ignorance and lack of training of their staff or a deliberate lie to make a sale, I'm not sure. But either way every experience I have had has lead to incorrect information and me owing more money than what I was told. I would highly suggest to avoid this store at all costs. If I could give them zero stars then I would!
