  • Thanks to the staff at Goyemon for two amazing adventures in sushi-dom on one weekend. As a special thanks to Fredo who made these two visits not just satiating, but thoroughly entertaining for my local and visiting friends alike. this place has the freshest and most delicious sushi of any AYCE place I've ever seen. the Uni, the blue fin, the Amaebi...all to die for. As for the special creations made at the bar (PS: SIT AT THE BAR IF YOU CAN)... the creativity and variety of the dishes are a wonderful change of pace from places that just fill their special rolls with sweet mayo and cruchies and call them "unique". The baked mussels were also amazing. better than the fried oysters (we ended up ordering the mussels 3 more times). And the seared pork belly app, also on the AYCE menu, was sinfully good. I tried to stop ordering it, but I gave up trying to stop after my third. also, if you like something different with your amaebi, instead of the fried heads, try them in the spicy miso broth instead. This is a place I already came to at least once per Vegas weekend and now will try to come to at least 2 or 3 times. Ideally, I would come here 11-times in a row. (wink wink)
