  • Everything was delightful. My only complaint was that we dined on a Friday morning (August 29th) for Brunch, and they had already upped the price for the 'holiday' - Labor Day was Monday, September 1st. $39 for a Brunch is a bit steep, considering most buffets on the Strip charge this much for a Dinner. But once we sat down to eat, I comforted myself with the fact that I would soon be indulging in delightful delicacies for brekky. Which is exactly what I did. Orange juice and coffee flowed forth on a constantly refilled basis and we had a view of the pool area and greenery which was beautiful. My first course consisted of bagels with butter and cream cheese, croissants and smoked salmon. I moved on to the eggs, bacon, sausages, carnitas (yes, for breakfast), then I dived head first into the dessert section of the brunch offerings. Waffles with bowls of freshly whipped cream, caramel flan, chocolate and vanilla gelato, chocolate and almond croissants. I bellied up to the buffet one last time for another piece of smoked salmon but they had already taken it away to prepare for the lunch items which starts at 11am. My heart screamed No but my stomach said Yes, I've had enough. Dazed and confused, I finally made my way back to our table with a look on my face of utter satisfaction...sugar, fat, protein and caffeine induced food coma. I also saw congee and all manner of accompaniments, dim sum, lo-mein, egg rolls, fish, a whole table dedicated to Mexican food, Italian section of pizza and pasta and I was so sad I couldn't eat another thing. This restaurant is supremely clean, inviting, modern, neat and organized, and being inside the Aria hotel made it even more spectacular. The line was not too long even for a Friday. Since we stayed at the Aria, coming down from our room to have breakfast was a wonderful treat, instead of hiking it halfway down the Strip without so much as a drop of coffee and a parched feeling upon arrival. This was a breeze, convenient and delicious. Thanks Aria Buffet! I felt like I won the jackpot. This has become my favorite buffet on the Strip for breakfast / brunch!
