  • From what I saw the Cellar has an amazing selection of wine in a beautifully laid out setting. However, I want to really compliment the outstanding customer service! I walked into the cellar just to browse and see if there was anything that caught my eye. I spotted a South African Chenin Blanc that looked like it was worth a try, but when I went to grab a bottle another bottle of wine fell and shattered on the floor. I felt so terrible! The sweet lady that worked there rushed over and said it was no problem at all. I apologized profusely and offered to pay for it but she said I didn't have to. She was so understanding and I didn't get a sense of anyone in the store being even a little annoyed. I paid my bill and left like it never happened. So thanks to the staff at the Cellar for not letting me feel like a complete klutz and being so kind when I destroyed a bottle of good wine. If you like wine, give the Cellar a try because of the wonderful people that work there!
