  • Patti reached out to me and made sure that I was completely satisfied. She took time to go over every detail regarding the pups and upgraded their stay (which my pups loved and now are probably going to get mad if I don't sign them up for that service from now on) and credited my account from the previous stay. They just got back from another stay and they had a blast and came back smelling great and tired from all their playing and being spoiled. We got our picture and report card every day which is nice to have when you are away to see your happy pups! We will definitely be back. Also, they upgraded the entrance and it looks very nice!
