  • Reviews are true! We had an issue and called to schedule an appt. only to find out that the appt was never scheduled. After a lot of frustration, we finally got another appt between 2-5PM, at 4:45 PM, we receive a call that they need to reschedule. I lost it . We purchased our unit through home depot and American Home Was the company that used to service and was wonderful, orangutan now services and we are so disappointed.
