  • I recently went to miracle ear because I was having problems with the hearing aids I had purchased about 5 years ago in Staten Island, NY. They were a style 6 Siemens (very good hearing aids) which were never properly adjusted. Mr Rick Vaughn went out of his way giving me a hearing test and found they weren't working the way they should. He totally adjusted and fixed my hearing aids. There was a tiny cost for new tips otherwise NOTHING more. This is the most honest and best place to go for any problem you have with your hearing. He takes his time and never a rush. They have the best quality for new hearing aids as well and couldn't thank him enough for what he did for me. Adding one thing, I called other hearing places and one place wanted to charge over $200 for adjustments to each device and another wanted to sell me me aids for over $5000. Yes they do cost that much but if you need anything save your time and effort. See Rick or Melissa. They are the best.
