The Esthetician's are great, but I'm wondering if the company is bias. I am a Latina woman who has had treatment at that location before on my skin. This time around I bought a treatment package for my son who is 14. He has bad acne and I'm trying to save him from the ridicule of his peers at school. I'm sure you can understand how some children in HS can be. When I arrived for his first treatment it went well. Friendly staff. I was given a date of four weeks to come back for his second treatment. Three all together. I didn't notice a big change in his skin condition, but figured after the second one things should Improve significantly. I noticed my appointments were scheduled normally around the same day that the payment would draft from my account. We went to the second appointment after four weeks and again...skin looked better but nothing like they sold me when I first purchased the product. We were disappointed, but figured maybe the third treatment would work even better. But again...appointment was scheduled around the time of the payment draft...four weeks later. Something came up and we couldn't make it to that appointment and my son was away the week after so the actual 3rd appointment occurred after four weeks. When I arrived I gave a poor rating on the treatment. The kind woman who worked on my son showed us the pamphlet and pointed to the success stories and to my surprise the pamphlet stated two week intervals of treatment. I asked her why I was scheduled to come back every four weeks. She was puzzled as to why they scheduled us so far apart and told me she would have someone come talk to me about it. Well, that didn't happen. I ended up leaving without talking to someone and I even left my phone number and have yet to receive a phone call. As I sit at home pondering this the only thing I can come up with is that I was discriminated against. Why would they schedule my appointments around the time of the payments? ...you guessed it, JUST. IN CASE I DIDN'T PAY THAN I WOULDN'T RECEIVE TREATMENT! Mind you, like I stated before, I was already an existing client who spent $800 prior to this treatment of $600! So I ended up paying for a treatment that wouldn't work because it wasn't given to my son in the proper manner. This is very upsetting...
