  • This place used to be a wonderful place to stay. Sadly the Suites now seem worn out with very poor housekeeping. Yesterday I checked in to find a layer of dust on the credenza where you normally put your things like money clip, watch and other small personal items. I also noticed that there were small thing on the floor near the bed. For example a hairpin from a prior guest and other small debris. I tried to get in touch with the front desk manager on the phone but was quickly dispatched to hold stays for about 10 minutes. Frustrated I hung up. I then proceeded to walk to the front desk and managed to locate a manager. He was polite and promised the problem would be taken care of. Today when I returned to the room the dusty credenza was still there to greet me. Next time no Palazzo for me.
