  • HORRIBLE! SCAM!! HORRIBLE! 40 people working in the Cancellation department, just there to pursue the scam. Never worked! Setup with a wireless system and the signal kept dropping and the alarm kept going off in the middle of the day. We did have one service man come over but it was never fixed. We attempted to cancel. They virtually laughed. You have a contract for 5 years. Said we could cancel for $750, even though we never signed a contract and they could never produce a signed contract. We finally paid the $750 to save our credit after only 2 months of non-functional service. Even after paying the $750 it took over 2 months to send us a confirmation of the cancellation after many follow-up call and excuses.
