| - If I could do negative stars I would. Beware of the first call that you will probably receive from Keith, as his voice will be so soft and seem so caring and sincere. I know that is what at first captured our attention. Make sure that IF you even think about using them, be prepared to have a friend or family member in EVERY room in your house as they will tear stuff apart that shouldn't be and put TONS of tape on everything, even without padding wrapped around it first! The head guy will had a list of 14 pages of items of inventory that he will want you to sign off on and make sure that before you initial ANYTHING you spend the 3-4 hours needed to go through everything on the list and make sure that they coded everything right, otherwise, you will pay for it in the end. You will never hear from Keith again as he NEVER checked in, not even once to see how our move went or to what the ETA of the semi was. Every time we called in, he would automatically transfer us to another person. Wow, thanks for the personal attention that you claim you give on your website and in your video. Once you get to your new location and you wait the several days for the semi to get there, make sure they have staff that can 1. knows how to move furniture and other fragile belongings and 2. has moved items before! Our truck finally came and the driver was an extremely nice guy and very knowledgeable, however, he only had 1 crew member with him who maybe weighed 125 soaking wet and couldn't carry half of our furniture from the driveway to the house so I ended up doing 1/2 of the move myself and then another mover came about 2 hours later. They unwrapped all of the furniture in the driveway, who does this!? Even the driver came out and yelled at them, but it was too late so our furniture sat face down on the concrete with NO padding and was scratched, not to mention that while carrying it into the house the walls were scratched as well as the furniture. Make sure that you also have a fleet of family members and friends on the receiving end as they make you sign all of the pages before they leave. God forbid that you have to submit a claim through their "independent claims representatives". There were 4 printed pages of instructions on very specific documents that they required like weight of your item, purchased price, value price, etc. and you only have a limited timeframe to submit everything yet they have 120 days to respond! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not only that, but there are items in your household that you don't use everyday and won't know that they are broken for several months until you go to use them and it's too late to submit them on your claim as once you submit it, that's it! We just found out that they broke our brand new carpet steamer that had only been used once! Of course we had to submit our claim in the timeframe listed so make sure that you test EVERY single household item, wet/dry vac, grill, carpet steamer, patio heater, you name it, regardless of the season otherwise you will find broken items way past the deadline to submit them and you are screwed! This is so ridiculous it's not even funny. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone.
