  • We have had loose slats and broken magnets in our plantation shutters for a long time. I tired calling the company that did our shutter originally and appears they are no longer in business. I saw a Youtube video done by Sunburst and called them. George answered the call. He was extremely helpful and although I had no business to give him this time, he listened with care to my issues and right away sent me a dozen magnets and 20 staples. I will definitely be using Sunburst for any future needs we have and recommend them highly. It is hard to find this kind of customer care and service now a days. Thank you George and Sunburst!
