  • Eric Garcia was our consultant when looking at cars for our mother. Our first encounter was just what we wanted. We gave a price range and he helped us locate some pre owned certified cars and gave us the ballpark figure of the cost to help us make a decision as we were looking at several brands of cars. We were able to accomplish our task in under an hour which was impossible at some of the other dealers. We later returned with our mother to test drive the car we had identified earlier. With his help on the test drive and assistance and patience in answering our mother's questions, we did end up purchasing the car from him. He was pleasant, easy to work with, understood our needs and even though he has only been with the dealer a short time...was very knowledgeable about their procedures. He also was not afraid to say he didn't know an answer and go find out the answer for us. Overall we had a great experience with Eric.
