  • Bought a groupon for tint. Called to make an appointment and told him about my groupon. He proceeded to tell me he won't take the groupon, when I asked questions why , he basically tried to suggest that I'm stupid and don't understand why I couldn't use it at all. He said its in the fine print, which it wasn't. He told me basically my groupon was worthless and wanted to charge me $50 more than I bought the groupon for. Bad phone skills (not able to explain the situation) and rude as H€LL!!! Work on your customer service .....
