  • Very nice windows...poor communication and delivery times. We really like our windows and the installers were great. The issue was delivery time (about a month after originally promised), poor communication (no updates on delivery, no call to confirm install and/or to set up final payment), installers showed up announced and demanded payment in order to start (which would have been fine if they had called to warn me), and no real concern by owners over customer service or satisfaction (he did call after my designer told him I was upset. Chalked it up to improper expectations. We traded messages and he chose not to return my call back). So...if you want great windows and are ok with poor service, this is your place.
