  • Wow, what a difference it makes when you tell your salesman that you just received the survey and its not going to be 100%. Finally, was able to get emailed pdf of changes made to the sale and even a car detail. Make these guys work for that 100% csi survey. They beg and plead for it anyway. If you plan on buying a new car here or anywhere, be sure to check every single number on that sale sheet despite how fast they want you to sign. Slow it down and make sure it all makes sense to you. These guys feed on the unwillingness of people not reading their contracts. Learn from others mistakes like mines, this is what yelp is for Thanks, Pete. You still weren't any help
