  • The first time I came in was just a walk in and they were really good with taking me in last minute on a busy day! I think her name was Courtney, she ended up helping me out for a few hours to find the dress of my dreams! We finally found the one towards the end and I wanted to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted so I made an appointment for a couple of days later to come back in and retry on the dress and to buy it from Courtney. When I came in for my appointment I didn't feel like I was much of a priority, but I did get to purchase the dress of my dreams that day so I still left happy. I came in today to pick up my dress (I had to order the correct size online) and try it on before taking it home and I felt, again, like I wasn't much of a priority. The ladies didn't welcome me right upon coming in, and when they directed me where to go, the lady also didn't give me the time of day. Once they pulled out my dress, she stuck me in a dressing room by myself with no one to help me get in my dress. It was a bit frustrating when dropping that much money to not be that much of a priority, but I am happy that I left with my dream dress!
