Every now and then you meet people or are in circumstances that are not what your desired expectation is. This was true for my experience with Cardinale Mazda. It was through dialogue and true customer service that I was able to walk away with literally my desired expectation! It was even to the sacrifice of the incentive for Cardinale im sure.
