  • Wow, this was just what I needed. The food here is delicious and the prices are very reasonable especially for being vegan. I had been wanting some Mexican food other than fried potato tacos. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that option at several local restaurants but Pancho's has a full menu. I had the Chilaquiles with both green and red sauce and it was really good. I decided to add a full size taco and picked the mushroom as the "meat" and what a great choice. It was the best thing we ate. My wife who is NOT vegan loved the taco too. She ordered two potato tacos and was not expecting much but she came away really impressed. The chips and salsa were good too. We saw a couple of guys order the nacho plate, man it was huge. The place had a continuous flow. You walk up an order and they call you up. Place was really plain but nice and most importantly clean. Will come back when I am in town.
