  • The remodel and new seating in this theater are a welcome change and addition. Had given up on the old Hollywood Theater. But even with the change, the customer service and dirty conditions are bringing it back to the old days and the success will be short lived. Went there last night to see American Sniper, (GREAT MOVIE). Ordered a Coke Zero and was told that it still tasted like Mr Pibb from when they had Pepsi product a month ago! Lines can and should be purged when changing favors. Changed to just have cup of water and was charged $5 because it was filtered water from their fountain!?! Had a Regal crown club reward to use in January, was told they didn't offer that product here. No offer of substitute. The concession stand and condiment areas are covers already in layer of dust and uniforms look sloppy and unkept. The ownership needs to do a complete overhaul of staffing and management, upgrade the people, the training, cleaning procedures and the concession choices and this could be a winner. Bring your own drinks and food and some wipes to clean your seat and then enjoy the movie!
