  • Been wanting to try Paco's for a while. After Reading all of the great reviews for months we finally made it. Tucked away in South Park, the area the restaurant is in very cool. The service was very friendly, lots of smiles which always makes the meal taste a little better in my opinion. We ordered their drink specials. A rusty el Camino and a peach margarita. Both were lovely. the el Camino was really good. I ordered the fajitas. the portion was smaller than I expected, but the steak was good. I left full. My wife ordered the tacos al pastor. It wasn't what we expected. But I believe the place is Tex-Mex. The meat was pulled pork. A nod to the geography, I guess. The taste was good, but my wife said she bit into fat a few times which turned her off. Overall, the place is cool if you are looking for Mexican food in South Park.
