  • Bought some furniture and when it was delivered, the comfort level was NOTHING like the showroom models that we saw. The salesman did explain the return policy but that doesn't change the fact that it's 100% PREDATORY. Moral of the story is if you buy here, be prepared for possibility that the furniture won't be what you expected and that their PREDATORY return policy will cost you big $$.
