rev:text	We always knew we wanted and needed a bigger home and once we were ready, we contacted Sharyn Younger. We met to discuss our needs, wants and budget. During our meeting, not only did Sharyn take tons of notes but she also told us what to expect in the market. It was so helpful to understand where the market was - more specifically, at the time, was it a buyer's or seller's market. Once we walked through the market supply, demand, etc. it helped us form reasonable expectations in both the buying and selling process. Shortly after our meeting, Sharyn followed up with us with several options fitting our needs exactly. She also gave us access to some great resources as well where we could browse on our own. Sharyn took us out several times to look at homes and when we found our dream home, Sharyn got to work on submitting the offer. Once the offer was submitted, Sharyn was extremely attentive to both our needs and speaking with the seller's agent. In the end, we were happy and the seller was happy with the deal. I know the conversations Sharyn had with the seller's agent really helped us to secure the deal as well. So now that we had our dream home, we had to sell our townhouse. So of course we turned to Sharyn to list it. Sharyn completed a walk-through of our existing townhouse, made some small recommendations on changes to ensure we got the best price for our place. We completed those changes and listed right after Christmas. By New Year's Day, we had a signed contract with a full price offer. Without Sharyn's recommendations on the small cosmetic changes, her pricing strategy, and fantastic photography with virtual staging, I know our property would not have seen the volume of potential buyers coming to view our place nor would we have received an offer as quickly as we did. In both transactions, Sharyn was attentive, answered our questions almost immediately whether sent by email, text or a phone call and never once left us feeling unimportant. Sharyn puts her clients first and it shows. This is what makes her the best I've ever had the opportunity to work with and why I highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs- buying or selling!
