  • I've been to Over Easy several times. It's been my go-to breakfast spot when I'm in the Phoenix area (I'm not a huge fan of Matt's, even without the wait). However, this visit was disappointing. I keep trying different items on the menu. This time it was their chicken and waffles. The waffle was okay, though more dense than I like. The chicken was the issue. It was dry, tough, and stringy. There could be several reasons for this, and the solution is simple. But it says they're not paying attention.
