I bought my wife a groupon for valentines day. To say I went from hero to zero is an understatement, all though it was not my fault.
My wife made an Appointment to have her nails done, when she arrived some one told her to write her name down and someone would be with her shortly. 20 minutes past and now called her or spoke to her so she went up to the receptionist to ask how much longer her wait would be. The receptionist said oh we cancelled your appointment on Friday. She said we called you and told you. Then the receptionist said you are Ashley right and your number is xxx. My wife said no that's not my name, same last name though,or number, but whatever can I get my nails done today.
The receptionist then said probably not but she could ask if she wanted her too. She really didn't care nor was unapologetic about the situation. Needless to say, my wife said never mind and walked out.
I understand things happen and there can be misunderstandings so I emailed the business what happened. It has been over a week and no response. But I do have to say groupon was very responsive and refunded our money already.
