  • My German Shepard has massive allergies and constant ear infections. My regular vet had only a certain regiment he'd prescribe, which isn't working anymore. So I called Arrow to see if they had any other options besides what I had been given constantly before. The receptionist was helpful and said they had a different product that might be an option. The front desk quoted me a price that was good. So I made the appointment. The check in was great, very nice. The vet was super knowledgeable and offered me a treatment that stays in her ears for 2 weeks to fight the infection- this was never even presented to me as an option at my regular vet, and the price they came back with was exactly what the front desk quoted me over the phone. So far she looks like she is finally starting to feel better. I'm not having to wrestle a 75lb Shepard 2-3 times a day to clean out and put medicine in her ears. We go back in 2 weeks and I am hopeful that we found a solution to her chronic ear infections rather than just a band aid.
