| - Unethical and unprofessional. The dishwasher needed to be replaced shortly after we moved in. They replaced it with a low-end model. The dishes kept coming out dirty or with a film, even though we changed detergent and rinsing agent several times. We were charged twice for repair calls on a dishwasher that was still under the manufacturers warranty. We wanted to be present for the final walk through and was told by the office to put the request in writing. We complied and waited for someone to call to schedule then found out the walk through was done anyway. When we complained to Cara, the manager, she told my fiancé that the house was above and beyond what was expected and we were getting all of our deposit back. Imagine our surprise when the check came yesterday and it was only for half of our total amount. My fiancé again complained to the office about the dishonest communication, the disregard for our request to be present for the walk through, and the charges and we received a letter today from Marisol De La Cruz stating that "we try as much as possible to accommodate the tenants request to be present at the move out walk through however most times it is just not possible. Reason being, a move out walk through can take 25 minutes or 2-3 hours depending on many factors, size of the property, condition of the property, utilities, damages, etc...our time is limited, we simply do not have the time to work around others schedules during our busiest time of the month." They never even tried. Save yourself the aggregation and go somewhere else!!
