| - Call them if you want to throw $55 away! I contacted them and they scheduled me for a "diagnostic visit." When the service tech arrived, he asked if the ice maker was working. We said no, that is why we called. He then "diagnosed" the problem to be a broken ice maker, and that every component relating to the ice maker would need to be replaced. When we asked him if he could identify the faulty component or diagnose the problem, he said no, that the best plan is "to just replaced everything, and then you know." When we informed him that we had already replaced a valve, he said "well, then I guess we don't have to replace that." Absolutely no diagnostic was performed. His estimate was for an amount almost more than we paid for the fridge! When we complained to the main office, they were not helpful, and ultimately threatened to send us to collections if we did not pay the $55. If you need an ice maker fixed, don't call these folks!
