This place is located close to me and not being in the mood to cook take out it was. Now let me clarify I get Thai probably twice a year so I don't try it from various places monthly but my review I feel will stick close to my past experiences with Thai establishments.
I went with the spicy basil noodles which were ok but far from spicy. I would put them around 2 out of 10 spicy wise. The beef was good and all around it was an A-OK dish but left me wanting some more kick behind it and flavor. That rush of spice and warmness from a hot Thai dish you normally get.
We decided to do a side of rice which was ok but the place would not allow us to get a side of beef to go with it. I understand rules are rules but I found it kind of odd they couldn't just throw in a little container like most establishments a container of beef to eat with the rice. I don't really want to ding them on the review but honestly I mean on a take out level let's leave this up to the future visitors to think it's ok or not ok to deny a side of beef with a side of rice.
The location is easy to find there is some public parking a block down and street parking is possible. The interior is cozy inside and customer service was fine I can't say anything but positive in this aspect just in the future I will try a few other places in the city to see how they stack up against Thai Me Up with food taste wise and that damn side of beef lol.
3 out of 5 all day long nothing less nothing more.
