  • Well this was not a good experience at all. Salesman was very lack luster. Don't seem to care if I bought or not. Paid to have car delivered and was told it was in @great shape. Not so much. Had damaged mirror, leather seat in back was burned and hard according to the Carmax detail guys. Car was out of alignment. Whatever they tell you that car is inspected. You can guarantee it's a lie. Really do your research. They will try to pull a fast one on you if you let them. All these things should have been disclosed prior to my paying to have it shipped to Henderson. I had heard good things about carmax. But my experience here was just terrible. You have been warned.....buyer beware.
