  • This is by far the worst dental practice I have ever delt with. From day one my family and I have had nothing but problems, with billing, the staff and service. They should do themselves a favor a get rid of Melissa, as the face of the company and the person answering the phone and handling customer issues, she is rude and unprofessional. Talking over the customer and disconnecting a phone call was only the beginning. This business will lose many more patients because of her attitude. The billing department has wrongfully and fraudulently billed my insurance for services never received. This has happened twice now. If this place doesn't lose all their patients for disrespectful staff, I will make sure they go out of business for fraudulent insurance billing and HIPPA violations. As a new resident of Mesa, I searched several pediatric dentist offices. I picked this one over all the others, the facility looked nice and kid friendly and the location was convenient. I will drive further and out of my way to a different pediatric dentist as long as I never have to step foot in this money hungry practice again! Or have to make a phone call and deal with their horrible staff and extremely disrespectful receptionist Melissa. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your children here. They will attempt to fill cavities that your children may not even have, and then bill your insurance for the services you never received.
