  • You know, I want to love this place but it disappoints me. The thai tea ice cream flavor is delicious and I return every once in a while for more. The interior of Perfect Scoop leaves a lot to be desired as it is super plain with gray walls and certain spots needing touch up paint. If you're expecting cool ice cream /froyo shop décor, go somewhere else. I decide to ignore the dull ambiance as long as the ice cream is good. It is. The service is lackluster, every time I go the counter attendants are sitting in the main room chilling with their friends. They get up to serve you and go behind the counter only when a customer comes in. Not very professional. One night I went at 10 pm and it was completely closed (supposed to close at 1:30 am). There was no note or anything saying why they closed early or when they would re-open. It was super annoying since I drove out of my way to go here. At least leave a note about why the establishment is closed. I haven't been back since. The ice cream flavors are on point, but literally everything else about Perfect Scoop needs work.
