  • Tremendously professional company from start to finish. They are more than a floor power clean crew. I consider them floor consultants and problem solvers. My floors are AZ flagstone that were beat up that came with the home that we just purchased. We previously considered replacing them with hardwood and then polished concrete but, I am so pleased with them after Miles and his crew came out and addressed areas that were a concern and advised about things that they could do to help solve our concerns. Those additional things were not add on expenses but were part of the original agreement, they obviously wanted to make sure that we were happy with our floors. They informed us of what they were going to do and why and when the job was completed they continually offered assistance with anything that we felt needed an adjustment or add on. My experience with Baker's Travertine Power Clean was exceptional at a competitive price. Tom and Amy were great to work with and I am confident that they are very proud of Miles and his crew. Top Notch!
