OK so I waited and waited for them to call me back and nothing. I called my house warranty company around 230 and asked them to call. They requested a service mgr go out. He could not come out for 8 days. I then asked my warranty company if I could use another company. My request was granted and they came out the next day! Fidelity Appliances Services Team took my refrigerator apart. He showed me the fan that was not working. He explained to me that my refrigerator has two fans. One in the freezer and one in the refrigerator. Sooooo ADA replaced the wrong fan and a perfectly good mother board!!! My advice to ADA is get better people and take your time. Stop being rude and remember the customer comes first. Anyone reading this my message to you is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
