  • I have always thought Nordstrom's customer service was fantastic; but a recent experience secured me as a lifetime customer! My fiance and I bought a pair of suit pants at the store for our wedding. We picked them up after being hemmed and left to stop at a few other stores. Somewhere along the way the pants slipped off the hanger and we lost them. After a "minor" bridal meltdown - who loses pants in the mall?! - we went back to Nordstrom to purchase a new pair. Evan and Ken both assisted us and could not have been nicer or more understanding. They ordered us a new pair of pants and when they came in had them hemmed for us on the spot. And, the best part of all - replaced them for free! These two are as good as it gets when it comes to customer service! If you're looking for a suit I highly recommend visiting either Evan or Ken in the suit department as they are both phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive things about them and Nordstrom will now earn much more of our business!!
