  • The venue is lovely, but not conducive for large crowds. We recently went to watch a touring Broadway musical, and the experience at the Jubilee was a gong show! 1) Be sure to arrive to the venue at least 45 minutes in advance, especially if it's a big show. The queue just to get into the parkade is atrocious. 2) I have no clue why they decide to do this, but you weren't even allowed to enter the foyer unless you had a ticket. If you were meeting friends who had your ticket, you would need to call or text them to find the entrance that you're at so you can get inside. With 3 separate entrances it adds to the confusion. No access to the restrooms, coat check, or anything unless you had your ticket. 3) Concession is cash only, so we waited in the long line-up only to get the front to find out that we had to scramble for cash. 4) Line ups to the concession and ladies room are long. We ended up not getting any drinks since there was only 1 minute left for intermission by the time we reached the front. 5) While the ushers were making sure no one got into the building unless you had a ticket at the front entrances, by the time you got into the auditorium, ushers were few and far between to direct you to your seat or give you a playbill.
