I had a great meal at Nem Nuong - they hew close enough to Bolsa Vietnamese food but also put their own spin on it. It's usually hard for me to get over the first hump, but both Nem Nuong and Spring Mountain Road overall have a lot of solid options that are competitive with "back home."
The cafe space is pretty cavernous and there are only one or two servers for the whole place, but the crew is friendly. Perhaps to save them those extra steps back and forth, they tend to yell into the kitchen (which responds in kind).
In addition to the nem nuong and my own bun bowl, we split some pho. All portions were so hefty I could barely get through everything. After washing it all down with a boba from Kung Fu (I still had one buckle loop left), I went for a much needed walk up and down the Strip!
