  • So, other than the building itself being pretty cool, the compliments end there. I've gone in one time for dine in (which I will never do again) and about 4-5 times for pickup over the last few years. Staff is incredibly rude. Every single time there's always something. If you ask for more of something or have a special request, oh you'll see they're not thrilled. They talk poorly about other customers in front of people. It's really sad. And the food isn't even that great. Example, their broth for pho is way too oily. I'll never go in again. The thing too, they need to be very careful because there are so many Vietnamese restaurants in this area that are way better and relaxing to dine in and not have to worry about attitudes and/or rudeness.
