  • I don't understand how this place has such good reviews! I've been here twice and both times the service was awful! The last time we were here, everything took forever! There was about 13 of us for a birthday. All of our food came out at completely different times, so some people in our party were almost done eating by the time others were just getting their food. We had to ask for basic things like silverware. One of our people arrived late and nobody asked her if she wanted anything to drink or gave her a menu. Members of our party had to request all of these things for her. We also asked to add another table because we were seated very close together and they refused to add one, even though there were plenty empty tables. Now the food. Some of the food was great! The appetizers were tasty. The main dishes, however, were not. My friends "roasted" chicken looked like an under-boiled nasty mess. He asked for some Tabasco and was told that the food should already be spicy enough.....another friend ordered truffle fries and never got them and later had to have the server take the charge off the bill. My husband's chicken risotto wasn't good either. Overall, it seems that this place spent more effort on décor than they did training their staff on service and cooking. We all have experience working in customer service and are a very easy bunch to please. It's safe to say nobody in our party will be returning.
