  • I was seeing Marsha Brown during my pregnancy.. their staff was so rude every time i visit there. i finally decide to change my doctor since my patience is gone with them on my 7th month of pregnancy. I had credit balance of $380. I asked billing department when can i get it back. they said it will take abt 60 days to get the checked mailed. i was not happy at all that they keep my money for 60days for nothing but I decide to wait because they said its their policy. After 2 and half months.. i call them and said that i still didn't received it. the staff said i need to wait another 6 weeks at least because it was not request to admin. wtf!!! none sense !! can't understand why is it so complicated to get my money back and they just kept saying it just a policy.. don't go here. WHASN has much better and nicer staff kindly doctors!!! it on the other side of building. 5380 s rainbow blvd #308 i recommend Dr. Jawadi but i heard other doctors are good as well.
