  • I've always received stellar service from Best Buy and Geek Squad. My last visit last month was no different. I had to go to Geek Squad to service my computer. From checking for viruses and deleting files I didn't want on my computer to being locked out of my Outlook email...It wouldn't let me recover my password from my other email address... Needless to say, Geek Squad was my only hope and Katie Miller was exceptional!! She was savvy, sweet and helpful beyond words. She didn't give up until all problems were resolved. I recommend Katie to anyone with computer issues. Thank you so much!! I trust Best Buy and Geek Squad every time!!
