rev:text	The only reason I was going to give this place a try was I got a coupon for $7.99. I am a guy and lets face it is is not that hard to cut my hair, and I don't really care how it looks any way. Ok back to the review. I jumped onto the website and saw "0 min wait" I am literally 2 mins away, so I jump in the car and drive over. I walk in and the place is looks abandoned. After a few min of waiting, which always seems longer than it really is, someone pops out of the back and yells across the place "Can I help you" I said I need a haircut and was then told as she took a bite of her burger that it would be 25-35 mins. The app still was listing a 0 min wait and NO ONE was there. Keep in mind this was all happening from across the store, because she did not have enough respect for a paying customer to actually walk up and great them. At that point I left frustrated that I wasted a trip and irritated at the lack of professionalism. After leaving I logged on here and found out that leaving may have been my best bet. I do think that it is funny that they only positive review is a person that has only used yelp to review Great Clips, and that they know the manager by name. Hmmm I am sure it is a customer though. I was not able to actually get my hair cut, so if you don't want to listen to my advice don't, but the other reviews seem to carry the same tone. Go somewhere that actually treats the customer with a bit of respect. Oh and if anyone is looking for a coupon for a cheap haircut I have one for you...
